The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching has announced that their annual Summit on Improvement in Education will be held in San Diego, California, April 23-25, 2022 at the San Diego Bayfront Hotel. Registration is now open for anyone interested in continuous improvement and equity in education, driving educational attainment, post secondary innovation, and transforming high school learning.
Celebrating 10 years, the Carnegie Summit will share inspiring stories of impact and growth from school district leaders, principals, teachers, policymakers, researchers, and K–12 and higher education administrators across the country and around the world who have participated and shared their work with this professional community.
The Carnegie Summit will offer 12 day-long pre-conference courses on April 23 covering topics such as design thinking, leading for equity, leadership for system transformation, and partnering with youth in improvement, among others. In addition to the pre-conference courses, the Carnegie Summit will feature inspiring keynotes, 90 content-rich sessions, poster sessions, and numerous networking opportunities. The Carnegie Summit aims to support a community that in turn ensures equity-focused continuous improvement occurs every day in thousands of educational settings.
