Ellucian honored some of its top partners for 2018 at the Partner Forum that took place in Denver, Colorado in conjunction with the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference.
The Partner Forum also included addresses from Ellucian executives, as well as breakout sessions on modernization and Ellucian Ethos, modernization and sales priorities, and engaging with the Ellucian brand. The sessions included a chance for attendees to provide feedback on the program.
The 2018 Ellucian Partner Award winners are:
Partner of the Year: TouchNet Information Systems, Inc.
TouchNet sets the example for teaming by helping address customer needs, collaborating on product development, and supporting institutions with a commitment to quality solutions. The partnership with TouchNet also allows Ellucian to provide the best in payment solutions, support, and service to our customers.
Innovation Partner of the Year: Lingk, Inc.
Lingk showcased its integration domain expertise to customers through its platform and services, which provide a fantastic user experience and built-in integration project management capabilities, making it easier to connect to Ethos.
New Stand-out Partner: Bluewater Learning, Inc.
Although the partnership has only been in place for a few months, Bluewater has already been a stand-out in terms of delivering timely and effective RFP responses, sales readiness and relationship-building, all of which help create a solid foundation for this partnership.
Sales Excellence: Chrome River
Chrome River provides first-rate sales support and dedicated joint selling resources that have been very effective, ensuring that both companies are meeting customer needs.
Integration Excellence: DIGARC
Digarc has taken an early interest in Ethos-based integration and thus has been able to quickly collaborate with the Ellucian partner team. The partnership enabled Digarc to take its integration from concept to reality by testing its adapter in collaboration with a pilot institution. Digarc’s initiative resulted in several enhancements to Ethos that have already benefitted multiple partners and customers.
Rising Star: Gravyty Technologies, Inc.

In response to customer need, SoftDocs created and now offers multiple deployment options, including cloud deployment of Etrieve, its document management platform—and provides seamless integrations with Ellucian solutions as one of the first partners to build an Ethos integration.
Invest to Win: Amazon Web Services
AWS has provided unique sales acceleration opportunities, including customer proofs-of-concept and sales roadshows in more than six cities during the second half of 2018.
Engagement Award: ESM Solutions
EMS has embraced Ethos and engaged with Ellucian in a variety of ways, including strong sales collaboration and product collaboration to develop a compelling offering to customers in combination with Ellucian.
