• Meal Plan Flexibility: Assign mandatory plans for first-years while offering flexible options for upperclassmen, commuter plans, and dining dollar tracking—all synced directly with billing systems.
• Integrated Form Builder: Collect housing applications and service requests using built-in forms—replacing Microsoft Forms or external tools with a seamlessly embedded experience.
• Automated Billing Integration: Room and meal plan selections are instantly reflected in students’ billing ledgers, eliminating the need for dual data entry or reconciliation across systems.
• Power BI-Driven Reporting: Gain real-time insights into occupancy, application status and billing summaries with customizable dashboards and exportable reports.

The module also lays the groundwork for future capabilities, including move-in/move-out tracking, maintenance requests and parking pass management.
