OES Learning Solutions, a global leader in online education enablement and learning design, today announced the formation of its U.S. Advisory Board. The board brings together five distinguished experts whose collective experience will help shape OES’s strategy in the American market, advancing innovation and access in online learning.
Founded in 2011, OES (Online Education Services) was born from a vision between SEEK and Swinburne University of Technology, combining digital innovation with academic excellence to deliver end-to-end online education services. The partnership was among the first of its kind in Australia, pioneering an Online Program Management (OPM) model that seamlessly blended academic integrity with cutting-edge digital solutions.
From its inception, OES has worked to enhance lives through education, breaking down barriers to access and delivering immersive, high-quality online learning experiences. Today, OES employs more than 1,800 people across Australia, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States, supporting over 112,000 learners across six continents through partnerships with leading universities and institutions.
The launch of the U.S. Advisory Board marks a significant milestone in OES’s global expansion, following the establishment of OES Learning Solutions in the United States earlier this year, headed by Executive Vice President, Daniel Kalef.
OES Learning Solutions is a dedicated division of OES focused on advancing online education outcomes through the delivery of bespoke services to meet the needs of its partners.
A Global Vision, Locally Realized
The Advisory Board will provide strategic counsel on emerging opportunities and challenges across higher education, technology, and policy. Their guidance will help OES Learning Solutions deliver outcomes-driven, scalable, and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of universities, students, and the workforce.
OES already has a strong presence globally, inclusive of its long-standing partnership with Aston University in the United Kingdom, which continues to deliver exceptional online programs that combine academic rigor with industry relevance through Aston University Online.
The establishment of the U.S. Advisory Board represents a further expansion of OES’s global footprint, reinforcing its commitment to enabling access to high-quality education for learners around the world.
“OES Learning Solutions has always stood for transformation in higher education—first as Construct, then as Construct powered by OES, and now as OES Learning Solutions,” said Nicola Cresp, Chief Global Growth Officer at OES.
“The formation of our U.S. Advisory Board, under the leadership of Candace Sue, represents an important step in deepening our collaboration with North American universities. Together, we’ll continue to expand access to transformative online learning opportunities worldwide.”
“I’m thrilled to join OES Learning Solutions as Chair of the U.S. Advisory Board,” said Candace Sue.
“OES partners with universities and colleges around the world to deliver high-quality, inclusive online learning experiences, and I’m looking forward to contributing to its mission of transforming digital education across the United States.”
