An attorney for the professor being sued has previously denied there was any inappropriate conduct, and the school is asking for the suit against it to be dismissed. While sexual assaults at colleges have been in the news as of late, most other cases involve campuses allegedly mishandling or underreporting such crimes. Perhaps the best lesson to take away from this case is that it's probably best that students and faculty not fraternize outside of campus events.
