• Chicago State University is again confronting a faculty blog that is critical of the school. 
• In November, the university had sent a cease and desist notice, saying the blog used trademarks without permission.
• The school is now telling the blog to take down a photo, change its URL and post a long disclaimer saying that the blog is not affiliated with the university.

After November's confrontation, the blog made a few changes and the threat from the university apparently faded. This time, the school has hired an outside attorney, so it may not retreat so readily.
