Urban Outfitters co-founder funds work-free Lehigh satellite campus

  • Urban Outfitters co-founder Scott Belair gave $20 million to fund a Lehigh University satellite campus without tests, homework or classes.
  • Students in the "Mountaintop Project" will spend a semester dreaming up solutions to the world's problems.
  • The university says a pilot program produced prototypes for refugee housing and a new system for crop production and water filtration.
